STEP 1 to Better Book Marketing:
Make Your List & Time Block for Success!

I was recently asked whether book publishers should go back and update the marketing for their old books.

As you know, marketing evolves, and many book publishers move on to the next project without fully optimizing the previous one—leaving keywords, series pages, and A+ content unfinished.

Over time, this creates a long, overwhelming to-do list, and I don’t want you to feel stuck in that cycle.

Here’s the solution…

It’s a simple, doable plan!

Start by listing your books, prioritizing those that are selling, have strong potential, or align with an upcoming season.

Then, set a realistic goal—such as focusing on completing your book marketing for one book per month, starting with your top-priority books.

Block out time on your calendar, whether it’s 30 minutes or an hour, and commit to it.

Your marketing action step this week: Make your list! Use a spreadsheet or a notebook—check your KDP bookshelf and write down the titles that need attention.

Marketing matters, and I want you to enjoy both publishing and growing your sales!

Complete this action step now, simply by creating the list—and we’ll move forward together next week.
