How to Access Your Course

If you are having difficulty logging in please use the following steps:

Please verify the email address you are using is the same one you used when making your original purchase. You can locate the email you used by checking your email receipt. Sometimes it is just as simple as a typo in your email address or that a different email address was used when signing up.

  • Click the “lost your password” link. This is available on any of the course dashboard access points.
  • The system will automatically send you an email with a special link to reset your password.
  • Then login again with your new password.

*NOTE: The system is set to “lock out” when too many incorrect password combinations are entered (like all websites are nowadays). Please use the “lost your password” link to PREVENT being locked out.

If you have been locked out or blocked for too many incorrect attempts. Please wait a few minutes and then try again. The system will automatically reset itself and unlock you after a brief period of time, and then you will be able to attempt a password reset again.

Although it is rare, if you continue to still have issues logging in, please take note of exactly what the issue is. Sending a support email with just the text “can’t log in” isn’t descriptive enough to be able to diagnose the issue. If you can, please describe the issue or take a screenshot of what you see and send it with your email.
